Vermont Sports Medicine Center (VSMC), a provider of comprehensive outpatient physical and rehabilitative therapy services, helps more than 700 individuals yearly recover from injury and illness, rehabilitate after surgery, and experience relief from chronic conditions.

VSMC also works with area organizations and employers to encourage wellness education, promote safe work practices and prevent injuries.

With five convenient locations in Rutland, Bennington and Windsor counties, VSMC is equipped to offer a wide range of specialized services throughout Central Vermont. No matter where you live or work, you'll find VSMC close by.

An Experienced Team

VSMC's professional staff has extensive training and experience treating patients with a wide variety of sports and occupational injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and chronic conditions.

Our team includes registered physical and occupational therapists and certified athletic trainers with expertise in orthopaedics, industrial medicine, occupational rehabilitation, hand therapy, health and safety, and other specialty areas.

Each VSMC therapist and trainer takes a personal approach to patient care, education, symptom relief and preventive treatment.
