Beyond Kegels: A New Holistic Approach For the Treatment of Urinary Incontinence

As part of Vermont Sports Medicine Centers Women’s Health Focus, we offer an informative educational program for groups of all ages who have a desire to learn a new holistic approach for the treatment of urinary incontinence, using a balance of gentle exercises (other than the usual Kegel exercises), biofeedback, and behavior modification.

Provided by our therapists with extensive education and experience in this field, the instruction and discussion proves to be informative, practical and provides women and men an opportunity to learn about another extremely effective modality for curing certain forms of incontinence.
